Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at contact.homebasket.in via email. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the status of your order and process the cancellation accordingly.

Please note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the order after shipping, please refer to our Return Policy.

Return Policy:-

• We accept the returns in the following cases.
• Received a damage product or Received a different product then what you have ordered.
• Report us within 7 days through email contact.homebasket@gmail.com with the images/Video of Damaged or wrong product delivered.
• Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange.
• Returns should be sent through reputed courier services, Returns should be sent with original packing .
• We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit or wrong product delivered
• Damaged Product – Once we confirmed as damaged, You can replace your product
• Refunds or replacements will be processed within 3-7 business days after the pickup is completed
